BE THE FASTEST ON THE FIELD

Your kids work hard to be their best on and off the field. They practice, they take lessons, and they compete all season long. We help them learn the skills to last the whole season instead of breaking down and getting left behind.

YOUR COACH

We are deeply committed to youth strength and conditioning. All too often, the responsibility for developing workout routines falls on the shoulders of a team's coaching staff. While these coaches make commendable efforts to support their athletes, it is important to recognize that they may not always possess the specialized expertise of professional youth strength and conditioning coaches.

Coach Andrew started out as a lanky, weak, and awkward wrestler at Midlothian High School. At 6 feet 2 inches and 186 pounds, and being outmatched by bigger and stronger opponents on the mat, he knew he needed to do something. After taking a summer job at a local gym, Coach Andrew bulked up to 212 pounds for his next season and dominated the mat. It was his strength, size, and speed that helped him master the game. The physical, mental, and emotional boost he received from training hooked him for life. He has spent 24 years in the industry, learning, teaching, and coaching athletes of all ages and from all walks of life. His master's degree from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and internship work at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln transformed not only his training and coaching style but also his programming expertise, making him one of the most methodical coaches out there. He simplifies what most "fitness gurus" complicate.

Coach Andrew's goal is to help your child play their best game, no matter if they are just starting sports or preparing for the next level, whatever that means for them.
